A softer place to land.
A grounded space for people ready for more than survival.
What this Work is About
Hi, I’m Ness.
If you’ve spent years pushing through exhaustion, holding everything together, and telling yourself you’re fine — you’re not alone. I know what it’s like to override your own needs and stay in motion long after your body asks you to slow down.
I’ve learned that healing doesn’t begin with pushing harder.
It begins with feeling safe enough to listen.
Burned out. Disconnected. Carrying stress so long it starts to feel normal.
In our work together, we’ll use mindfulness, somatic practices, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation to explore the patterns, beliefs, habits, and protective strategies that shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
The goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you understand yourself more deeply and create choice in how you respond to life’s challenges.
Future offerings will also include preparation and integration support for psychedelic-assisted therapy for those who feel called to explore that path.
What We Do
A gentle path toward feeling more grounded, connected, and at ease.
Presence
Slowing down and returning to the present.
Compassion
Meeting ourselves and others with greater understanding and care.
Trust
Building confidence in our ability to respond instead of react.
Curiosity
Noticing what your body is telling you without judgment.
You don’t have to do this alone.
A softer space to slow down, exhale, settle in, and feel held without needing to perform, explain, or have it all together.

I believe cost should never be the reason someone feels excluded from support, connection, or community.
To help make these gatherings accessible, I offer community-supported pricing. Please choose the rate that best reflects your current circumstances.
Community Supported: For those who would benefit from a lower-cost option at this time.
Standard: Covers the true cost of your seat and helps sustain these offerings.
Pay it Forward: Helps make community-supported and sponsored spaces available for others.
A limited number of fully sponsored spaces may be available for those experiencing significant financial challenges. If cost is a barrier, please reach out through the contact form. No one should have to navigate burnout or overwhelm completely alone.
We’ve spent our entire lives surviving.
Feeling safe enough to simply be is where surviving ends and
living begins.
Your Questions, Answered
Wondering what to expect? Here are answers to some of the questions people ask most often before attending.
Do I need experience with somatic work or meditation?
Not at all. These spaces are designed to meet people exactly where they are.
Is this therapy?
No. Alchemy Rising Collective is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but rather a grounded space for connecting with resources and wisdom that already exist within you.
What if I feel nervous or unsure?
That's completely okay. New experiences can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to holding it all together on your own.
You don't need to have it all figured out here. There is no pressure to share, participate, or move faster than feels right. Safety, choice, and honoring your own pace come first.
Are these experiences spiritual?
They can be, but they do not have to be. The focus is on presence, self-understanding, and authentic connection rather than any specific belief system.
Whether you're feeling burned out, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply longing for a softer way of being, you are welcome here. You don't have to carry it all alone. I’d love to hear from you.
